Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

• You have three days to return for store credit or exchange.  
• All shoes must be unworn for a full store credit or exchange.
• Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging.
• Credit to Land of Laces does not expire.
• Store Credit can be used during sale times and non-sale times.
• The customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, those items are FINAL SALE.
• You may exchange your item for another item in another style once your previous shipment has been returned to our store.
• For a defected shoe, ONLY within the first 3 days shoes refundable since purchase date.
